Approved Installer Agreement (v1.1)

Our commitment

• To provide a discretionary contribution towards installation of Hisense Laser TVs
• To provide a high level of trade support including:
            - Home Cinema solution specification support
            - Product specific and related product training

Your commitment

• Products are used for the sole purpose of selling as part of a custom installation
• To maintain and provide if requested, details of serial numbers of units sold, in order to confirm compliance with this agreement and provide ongoing customer service
  
• To watch the installation videos(100"v2 & 120") and have the suitable skills to carry out the Hisense Laser TV installations
  
• To install the Hisense Laser TV in line with provided training
• Accept the responsibility for any damage caused to the unit and / or screen during installation. This does not affect the standard warranty given with the products

Terms

• This is an Annex to the commitments made under the AWE CI or SH Dealer Agreement
• This agreement is supplementary to AWE’s Terms Of Business, which take precedence
• Custom Installation is defined as “an electronic system that has been designed and installed to a high standard taking into full consideration the needs of the client” The final decision as to whether an installation qualifies rests with AWE
• AWE reserves the right to update, amend or terminate this agreement by giving notice in writing to the main correspondence address by post or email
• AWE reserves the right to suspend the supply of goods, without prior notice, during any investigation into any possible breach of this agreement
• The agreement only comes into effect once accepted in writing by officials at AWE
