- The issue of a Returns Authorisation Number does not confirm authorisation for credit or replacement. All items will be inspected on their return.
- Full credit or replacement will only be considered if the product is returned complete with all accessories and packaging in the same condition received.
- Items returned for reasons other than being faulty or damaged in transit, will if accepted be automatically subject to a restocking charge.
- Items will only be considered faulty from new if returned within 14 days of delivery. Any damage must be notified in writing within 3 days of delivery.
- Any goods ordered or supplied as advanced replacements will be invoiced in full and only dispatched if suitable payment facilities are in place.
